Refund Policy

Our items are pre-loved or vintage, we take the time to clean and mend items and try to curate pieces that are in great shape, however, these items have lived a life before you (maybe a few!) so they might show signs of wear or fading but we don't consider those flaws, if anything is noticeably ripped, torn or stained we will disclose that in the items description. For non-made to order items, because we pre-order items we only have a set amount of product, exchanges can be made on a case to case situation if the size you want to exchange for is in stock. Items being exchanged must be in perfect condition and unworn.
