Refund Policy

Our items are pre-loved or vintage, we take the time to launder and mend items and try to curate pieces that are in great shape, however, these items have lived a life before you (maybe a few!) so they might show signs of wear or fading but we don't consider those flaws, if anything is noticeably ripped, torn or stained we will disclose that in the items description. 

Although we are not able to accept returns we always want to hear from you if something isn't quite right, so feel free to e-mail us at hello.panachebklyn@gmail.com with any issues.
